Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted on all full priced garments. If you wish to return an item they must be in their original, unwashed state with tags attached and must be returned with 14 days of arrival.
  • Refunds on postage only apply to items that are faulty.
  • All returns and exchanges for Australian and International customers are at the customers cost.
  • All refunds will be processed via the method that was used to pay for the item.
  • If you wish to exchange an item please email for a returns form. Return the item with the completed return sheet stating which style, size and colour you require as well as with the original receipt.
  • The original order must be returned before the exchange item is processed and resent.

If the option selected is unavailable a gift card will be issued.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale items. No returns or exchanges are allowed on SALE items unless there is a fault. Please choose carefully when buying SALE items.

On the rare occasion you find one of your items to be faulty please return within 14 days of arrival. Firstly email for a returns form. Please identify on the return sheet what the fault is. We will either refund you or exchange depending on your choice.
Sometimes due to demand items may sell faster than the system can keep update, in this instance you will be notified immediately and we will endeavour to find a solution that suits you- We can offer in this instance a pre-order (pay for the item and we’ll send it out as soon as its next available),  an exchange, store credit or refund.
